Section 445A.801 - Submission and approval of operation and maintenance manual for project

Before a project is 90 percent completed, a recipient shall submit to the Division an operation and maintenance manual for the project. Not more than 90 percent of the total financial assistance for the project may be provided until the manual has been reviewed and approved by the Division.
