Section 445A.786 - Approval of system of user charges or ordinance governing sewer use

An applicant must obtain the approval of the Division for any system of user charges or ordinance governing sewer use. If any such system or ordinance is in effect, the applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Division that it complies with the requirements of NAC 445A.787 or NAC 445A.788 and 445A.789, as appropriate, and is enforced.
