Section 445A.782 - Use of value engineering1. The applicant shall conduct value engineering if the total estimated cost of building the treatment works is more than $10,000,000.2. Any recommendations derived from the value engineering must be implemented to the extent feasible.3. As used in this section, "value engineering" means a specialized technique for controlling costs which uses a systematic and creative approach to identify and to focus on any unnecessary cost to reduce the cost of a project without affecting the reliability or efficiency of the project.Nev.
