Section 445A.730 - Resolution of disputes concerning administration of provisions

Any dispute concerning the administration of the provisions of NAC 445A.685 to 445A.805, inclusive, that is not otherwise resolved must be referred to the Administrator for decision. The decision of the Administrator is subject to review by the Director. As used in this section, Administrator means the Administrator of the Division.
