Section 445A.723 - "Sanitary sewer" defined

"Sanitary sewer" means a conduit intended to carry liquid- and water-carried wastes from a residence, commercial building, industrial plant or institution together with small quantities of ground, storm or surface waters that are not admitted intentionally.
