Section 445A.700 - "Environmental assessment" defined"Environmental assessment" means a concise document that:
1. Provides sufficient evidence and analysis to determine whether an environmental impact statement or a finding of no significant impact is appropriate;2. Aids compliance by an agency with the Act if no environmental impact statement is necessary; and3. Facilitates preparation of an environmental impact statement if one is necessary.Nev. Admin.
