Section 445A.745 - Categorical exclusion: Public noticeIf a categorical exclusion is granted:
1. Unless otherwise required by federal law, a notice that the exclusion is available for review must be published on an Internet website designed to give general public notice.2. The exclusion must be mailed to each person included on a mailing list maintained by the Division. The mailing list must include appropriate federal and state agencies, municipalities and interested members of the public.3. A copy of the exclusion must be submitted to the state clearinghouse for review.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.745
