Section 445A.766 - Establishment of reserves1. In developing its priority list, the Division shall establish the reserves required or authorized by the Act.2. The Division may reserve not more than 4 percent of the State's grant awards. This money must be used to administer the fund and to manage the program.3. The Division shall, in accordance with the provisions of 33 U.S.C. § 1384(b), reserve 1 percent of its annual allotment or $100,000, whichever is more, to carry out water quality management planning.Nev.
