Section 445A.0644 - Reapplication after denial of application or revocation of certification

If the Division denies an application for certification submitted by a laboratory or revokes the certification of a certified laboratory, the laboratory may, after the period specified in section 4.4 of the Standardsexpires, reapply for certification in the manner prescribed in NAC 445A.0632.
