Section 445A.67644 - Approval required to abandon, discontinue use of or dispose of water project1. A recipient shall not abandon, substantially discontinue the use of or dispose of a water project during its useful life without the prior written approval of the Division.2. As used in this section, "useful life" means the period during which a water project provides a service without becoming obsolete or inoperable.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.67644
