Section 445A.67635 - Compliance with federal and state law regarding labor and wages

A recipient shall comply with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. §§ 276 a et seq., if they apply, the applicable provisions of chapter 338 of NRS and all other applicable state and federal labor laws.
