Section 445A.676235 - Submission of final set of plans and specifications for water project; examination by Division1. Before advertising for bids, a recipient shall submit to the Division a final set of plans and specifications for the water project.2. The Division shall examine the plans and specifications to determine whether:(a) The water project will satisfy the requirements set forth in NAC 445A.453 and 445A.455; and(b) The water project will comply with all applicable federal and state requirements.Nev.
