Section 445A.67571 - Priority list: Submission for approval; objections to ranking of water projects1. After the Division holds a public participation workshop, if such a workshop is required pursuant to NAC 445A.67568, and at least 3 working days before the meeting of the Board for Financing Water Projects, the Division shall submit the priority list to the Board for review and possible approval.2. Any objection to the proposed priority list that is not resolved by the Division before the meeting of the Board for Financing Water Projects may be made orally at the meeting of the Board.3.
