Section 445A.67557 - "Water project" defined

"Water project" has the meaning ascribed to it in NAC 445A.66585 and includes, without limitation, any project for which the debt obligations of a public water system may be bought or refinanced pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300j - 12(f)(2).
