Section 445A.6752 - "Categorical exclusion" defined"Categorical exclusion" means an exemption from being required to comply with the provisions of NAC 445A.67587 to 445A.67612, inclusive, that is granted to an applicant for a proposed water project:
1. Which will not individually or cumulatively have a significant effect on the human environment; and2. For which no environmental assessment or environmental impact statement is required pursuant to NAC 445A.67587 and 445A.67594 to 445A.67612, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.6752
