Section 445A.67616 - Additional documentation required with applications regarding certain water projects

If a water project will serve two or more public water systems, the applicant shall submit with the application an executed copy of any interagency agreement, contract or other legally binding instrument that is necessary for the financing, construction and operation of the proposed water project. This instrument must set forth the basis upon which costs are allocated, the formula by which costs are allocated and the manner in which the system of allocating costs will be administered.
