Section 444A.300 - Application for permit: Notification of applicant; submission of additional information

A solid waste management authority shall, within 45 days after receiving an application for a permit to operate a facility for the management of waste tires, notify the applicant whether the application is complete. The solid waste management authority shall base its determination on whether the application contains all the documents and information required by NAC 444A.290. The solid waste management authority may require the applicant to submit any additional documents or information it deems necessary.
