Section 444.005 - New covering required

Filthy or soiled articles of bedding are not considered properly sterilized or disinfected unless the fabric covering the articles is laundered or replaced by a clean or new covering and the filling material subjected to one of the sterilizing methods outlined in NAC 444.002.
