Section 444.001 - Articles requiring sterilization

Used or secondhand articles of bedding requiring sterilization or disinfection are:

1. Quilted pads.

2. Bunk quilts.

3. Comforters.

4. Mattresses.

5. Mattress pads.

6. Cushions.

7. Pillows.

8. Sheets.

9. Blankets.

10. Any other contaminated or soiled article of bedding.

11. Materials used in the filling of any of the above or similar articles.
