Section 444.607 - "Public waste storage bin facility" defined

"Public waste storage bin facility" means a facility that provides one or more portable waste containers which are used for the collection of solid waste for transport to a solid waste disposal site. The term does not include residential or commercial waste containers that are located on or near a site of waste generation.
