Section 444.775 - "Single-family dwelling" defined1. "Single-family dwelling" means one or more buildings that: (a) Are designed and used as a home by the occupants of the buildings;(b) Include a bathroom unit and a kitchen unit; and(c) Are served by an individual sewage disposal system.2.
