Section 444.770 - "Septic tank pumping contractor" defined

"Septic tank pumping contractor" means any person engaged in the operation of removing and disposing of the solid and liquid contents of septic tanks, holding tanks, grease traps, grease interceptors, nonsewered toilets, or other sewage treatment or disposal facilities.
