Section 444.7512 - "Alternative treatment system" defined

"Alternative treatment system" means a system, or a receptacle other than a septic tank, that is designed and constructed to:

1. Receive the discharge of sewage from a building sewer;

2. Partially or completely treat such sewage; and

3. Discharge effluent for final disposal.
