Section 444.7503 - "Accessory structure" defined

"Accessory structure" means a building or structure, including, without limitation, a workshop, a home office, guest quarters, a pool house and a garage, that:

1. Is separate from a single-family dwelling; and

2. Does not include both a bathroom unit and a kitchen unit.
