Section 444.8376 - Stepped network of trenches utilizing relief lines: General requirements1. On sloping terrain where a conventional individual sewage disposal system cannot be installed or is impractical, a stepped network of trenches utilizing relief lines between the trenches may be used.2. A stepped network of trenches utilizing relief lines must:(a) Be designed by an engineer; and(b) Allow the effluent from a completely filled trench to overflow into a trench at a lower elevation, as shown in subsection 5 of NAC 444.8378.Nev.
