Section 444.5462 - Scope; effect on local standards

NAC 444.5461 to 444.54675, inclusive, contain minimum standards. Nothing contained in those sections precludes local health agencies or governmental units from formulating and adopting additional standards or standards in excess of those set forth in those sections.
