Section 444.8981 - Storage: Tanks and containers

An owner or operator of a facility for the transfer of used antifreeze shall store the used antifreeze at the facility in storage tanks or containers, or both, which comply with the applicable requirements of NAC 444.8876 to 444.8891, inclusive.
