Section 444.385 - "Public spa" defined1. "Public spa" means any spa operated by any person, whether owner, lessee, operator, licensee or concessionaire, for the use of the public or the membership of an organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use.2. The term does not include spas at single-family private residences which are controlled by the homeowner, the use of which is limited to swimming or bathing by members of the family or invited guests.Nev.
