When a pump is installed below the overflow rim of the spa, valves must be installed on permanently connected suction and discharge lines and located in an accessible place outside the walls of the spa.2. All valves must be located where they will be readily and easily accessible for maintenance and removal.3. Multiport valves must be designated by the NSF International as complying with all applicable requirements of NSF International Standard 50 or, in the absence of applicable requirements, be approved by the health authority.Nev.
