Section 444.468 - When bathhouses required1. Dressing rooms, toilet facilities and shower rooms are required for all public spas other than those provided in connection with lodging facilities if the spa is reserved for tenants or guests who occupy the lodging facilities. "In connection with lodging facilities" means that the spa is so situated that no bather will have to walk more than 300 feet (91.44 m) to sanitary facilities.2. Where no bathhouse is located within 300 feet (91.44 m) of the spa, there must be a flush toilet, a lavatory and a shower for men, and the same facilities for women, at the spa.Nev. Admin.
