Section 444.194 - Consultation regarding design of attraction

The design engineer shall consult with the health authority before preparing and submitting any engineering plans or specifications for a water recreation attraction. The consultation must include a discussion of:

1. Any potential failure to comply with the provisions of NAC 444.010 to 444.306, inclusive; and

2. Changes in the design of the attraction that may be necessary as a result of the noncompliance.
