Section 444.206 - Special purpose pools1. Special purpose pools may deviate from the requirements of NAC 444.010 to 444.306, inclusive, if:(a) Their design and construction are within the limits of sound engineering practice and present no health or safety hazard; and(b) The deviation is required because of the special use of the pools.2. The operating permit issued for a special purpose pool must denote that it is for such a pool and must state the purpose for which the pool is to be used.3. The health authority shall require such measures as he or she deems necessary to ensure the health and safety of bathers using a special purpose pool.Nev. Admin. Code § 444.206
