Section 444.108 - Use of equipment and materials not designated by NSF International

The health authority may permit the use of equipment and materials which are not designated by the NSF International as complying with the standards adopted pursuant to NAC 444.010 to 444.306, inclusive, if the health authority determines that the equipment and materials comply with standards equivalent to the NSF International Standards.
