Section 444.9515 - Transfer of permit

The holder of a permit may transfer his or her permit for the management of waste containing polychlorinated biphenyl to a new owner or operator if the permit has been modified by the Director to identify the new owner or operator and incorporate any other changes deemed necessary by the Director.
