Before an invasive body decoration establishment may commence operations, the health authority must conduct one or more inspections to verify that the establishment is constructed and equipped in accordance with the approved plans and has established standard operating procedures as specified in sections 2 to 115, inclusive . The health authority may establish and collect a fee for such an inspection.
