Section 444.00771 - Requirement of establishment to obtain permit; procedures must not be performed at private residence; exception

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 444.00763, an invasive body decoration procedure must be performed at an invasive body decoration establishment which has been issued a permit. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 444.00773, an invasive body decoration procedure must not be performed at a private residence or any other location used as living or sleeping quarters.
