Section 444.00883 - Procedure area: Waste receptacle required1. At least one covered waste receptacle must be provided in the procedure area for disposal of contaminated waste products, except sharps.2. The waste receptacle may be open during an invasive body decoration procedure but must remain closed when the procedure area is not in use.3.
