Section 444.00851 - Separation of procedure area, sterilization room and storage area from areas used for lounging or food preparation; separate areas for activities relating to equipment1. The procedure area, sterilization room and storage area must be completely separate from any area used for lounging, food preparation or other such activities that may cause potential contamination of work surfaces.2.
