Section 444.8478 - Public comment and hearing on application; statement of reasons for denial1. Before an application is heard, the Commission will provide for a period of public notice and comment of not less than 30 days. After the expiration of that period, the application will be heard by the Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting or at a meeting scheduled by the Chair of the Commission.2.
