Section 444.8447 - Fees for emergency permit1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an owner or operator of a facility for the management of hazardous waste who applies for an emergency permit pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 270.61, as adopted by reference in NAC 444.8632, shall, before the permit is issued by the Administrator, pay to the Division the following fees to offset the cost to process and review the application: (b) An additional fee of $50 for each hour of staff time devoted to processing and reviewing the application.2. The Administrator may waive the fees provided in subsection 1 for good cause shown.Nev. Admin. Code § 444.8447
