Section 444.84275 - "Facility for community storage" defined

"Facility for community storage" means a facility for the storage and consolidation of hazardous waste which has a yearly capacity that is not more than twice the amount of hazardous waste that is generated within the county in which the facility is or is proposed to be located, as determined by the generation rate contained in the biennial report required by the provisions of 40 C.F.R. § 262.41, as adopted by reference in NAC 444.8632.
