Section 444.8736 - Rendering of decision by hearing officer

Within 30 days after the end of a hearing, the hearing officer shall prepare and file a decision in writing. The decision must include a statement of the reasons for the conclusion reached by the hearing officer. The hearing officer shall cause a copy of the decision to be delivered, personally or by certified mail, to the person cited.
