Section 444.8711 - Issuance and contents of citations1. Any authorized representative or employee of the Division who has probable cause to believe that a violation described in NAC 444.8706 has occurred may issue a citation to the generator or other person responsible for the violation.2. A citation issued pursuant to this section must:(a) Be in the form prescribed by the Division;(b) Identify the provision alleged to have been violated;(c) Contain a short and plain statement of the facts supporting the alleged violation; and(d) Set forth the amount of the penalty provided for the violation.Nev.
