Section 442.725 - Date of eligibility for participation; submission of application; annual updates1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an applicant's eligibility for participation in the program begins:(a) On the date on which the applicant contacts a program specialist;(b) On the date on which a medical facility notifies a program specialist regarding the applicant; or(c) Within 72 hours after admission to a medical facility if the applicant was admitted on a weekend, if, within 30 days after that date, the applicant submits an application to a program specialist.
2. If an applicant submits an application after the 30-day limit, the applicant's date of eligibility will be the date on which the applicant completed the application.3. Incomplete applications must be completed within 30 working days after the initial application is submitted to retain the effective date of the initial application.4. An applicant or a client shall submit an updated application annually.Nev. Admin. Code § 442.725
