Nev. Admin. Code § 442.708

Section 442.708 - "Resident" defined

"Resident" means a person who lives in this State and:

1. Intends to make this State his or her home permanently or for an indefinite period; or

2. Is employed or seeking employment in this State.

This term includes a person who does not have a fixed place of residence in this State, is temporarily absent from the State but intends to return to this State when he or she has accomplished the purpose of the absence, or is a dependent of military personnel for the duration of the tour of duty of his or her parent or guardian in this State.
