Section 442.690 - "Physician" defined"Physician" means a provider who:
1. Is licensed by the state where he or she practices;2. Is certified by or eligible to take an examination for certification from a specialty board that is a member of the American Board of Medical Specialties; and3. Has a memorandum of understanding with the Division.Nev. Admin. Code § 442.690
