Section 442.602 - "Activities of daily living" defined

"Activities of daily living" means activities that a person performs independently to care for his or her personal needs, including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, using the toilet, eating, brushing his or her teeth, transferring from a bed to a chair or ambulating.
