Section 441A.070 - "Drainage and secretion precautions" defined"Drainage and secretion precautions" means the recommended procedures:
1. Designed to prevent transmission of diseases which may be conveyed by direct or indirect contact with purulent material or drainage from a body site; and2. Set forth in 2007 Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings, adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 441A.200.Nev. Admin. Code § 441A.070
