Section 441A.052 - "Contact precautions" defined

"Contact precautions" means the recommended procedures to prevent the transmission of infectious agents that are spread by direct or indirect contact with a case or the environment of a case set forth in 2007 Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings, adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 441A.200.
