Section 439B.640 - Copy of declaratory order or advisory opinion to be mailed to petitioner and made available to public

Upon the issuance of a declaratory order or advisory opinion pursuant to NAC 439B.600 to 439B.640, inclusive, the director or his designee will mail a copy of the declaratory order or advisory opinion to the petitioner and will make a copy of the declaratory order or advisory opinion available to the public for inspection.
